If you are planning on drinking, we strongly encourage you to book a ridesharing service or designate a driver who will stay sober for the entire event. DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE!

Yes! There will be an ample-sized parking lot upon entering the venue.
The Ceremony will be outdoors under a covered pavilion and will remain outdoors until the end of Cocktail Hour. However, you can enter the Event Hall to use the restroom at any time!
Dinner and Dancing will be located inside the Event Hall.
The venue has flat paved surfaces that will be accessible for a wheelchair. Also, there will be a golf cart to shuttle guests from the parking area.
October in the San Antonio area can get hot. Expect the High Temperature to be in the 80s (°F). We recommend cool & lightweight fabrics. Also, we suggest bringing a fan just in case. Cool water will also be available at the outdoor bar.
Dress to impress in your best formal attire! Rock any color you like... as long as it’s not white!
Oh yeah!! We will be serving beer, wine, hard-seltzers, and two specialty cocktails.
During Cocktail Hour we will be serving an assorted selection of appetizers, and during dinner, we will be serving salad and a chicken entree with sides.
Yes, please inform us of your dietary restrictions or allergies on your {{RSVP}} ASAP! If your dietary restrictions conflict with our menu, we will reach out to you to coordinate the right meal for you.
